The Honda SP125 is the company’s sportiest 125cc commuter bike. It is basically the Shine 125 underneath its sharp body panels - the same chassis and the same fuel-efficient 123.94cc single-cylinder air-cooled motor which in this bike makes marginally more power, but marginally less torque. Compared to the Shine, it has a much sportier design, a slightly more aggressive riding posture and more modern features. The SP125 also gets a front disc brake in its DLX variant, but only gets a combined braking system (CBS) instead of ABS. In its latest update, the 2025 Honda SP125 also gets a full colour TFT display, upping its premium quotient.
